Fitting time is billed by the block. Components are billed at what they cost us plus a flat build charge. There is no version of this where the fitter earns more by recommending more.

Bench Work
Adjustments and Repairs
You do not need a fitting block to have work done at the bench. Walk in with a set that needs lofts checked or grips replaced and Toby will quote it on the spot. Most bench work turns around in two to four days; regrips dropped off before noon on a Monday are usually ready the same evening.

Grips, ferrules and epoxy are charged separately at cost. Labour rates above assume standard steel or graphite; graphite pulls on tour-issue tips occasionally take longer and we will tell you before starting.
Block fee credit. If you buy a build out of the same block, half the block fee comes off the build invoice, up to one hundred dollars. That credit applies once per block and cannot be stacked across multiple visits.
What Components Actually Cost
Heads and shafts are billed at our landed cost plus a flat build charge of thirty dollars per club. That charge covers pull, prep, epoxy, tipping, grip installation, swingweight and a final frequency check.
We publish that structure because the alternative — a marked-up component with the labour buried inside it — makes it impossible for you to tell whether you are being steered toward a shaft because it fits or because it carries more margin.

Four Things Worth Knowing Before You Book
24 Hours
Cancel or move a block with a day's notice at no cost. Inside twenty-four hours we charge half, because that bay hour cannot be refilled.
At the Block
Block fee is due at the session. Build work is invoiced when the clubs are ready, not when they are ordered.
30-Day Re-Check
Anything we build gets a free re-measure inside thirty days. Length, lie and swingweight corrections in that window are free labour.
Certificates
Any block can be bought as a certificate, good for eighteen months. Danielle handles those by phone.
No Quote Needed
The number on this page is the number on the invoice. Pick a block and we will hold the bay.
